We purchases [sic] this item for cats, out neighbor has about 8 cats which some are strays. They would constantly come over and use our yard and also our porch for their potty. We purchased this Yard Gard and it works FANTASTIC!
The cats are not longer coming over and our neighbor is also pleased.

I had a problem with a neighbor’s cat leaving poop on my lawn. It also was burning the lawn with urine. Two days after I setup this Yard Gard Ultrasonic repeller, I was driving home and some by neighbor’s cat running across the road away from my house. I never saw that cat run fast before. I haven’t found any poop all week. When I set it for Cats the sound is undetectable to people. It just makes a chirp sound when it shuts off. Great product. No more cat - no more poop - no more headache - nice lawn.

For many years I’ve owned dogs, all the while not realizing what a great job they were doing keeping the many neighborhood cats out of my backyard. My last dog died a couple of years ago, and it took a while, but soon the cats in the area began marking territory in my yard, on all of the patio furniture, the gas barbecue, even the door to the house. Since installing the Bird-X Yard Gard a couple of months ago, there hasn’t been one new marking on anything back there. Needless to say, I’m thrilled.

We had a problem with a neighbor’s two cats using our adjoining flat roof as both a litterbox and a soundstage for howling. We’d tried all sorts of things and nothing seemed to deter them so my wife was looking online for a solution and came upon this gadget. We put it on the roof and to give you an idea of its effect, imagine if you can, the look of a terrified running cat with his paws over his ears. It’s worked on both those guys so well that they haven’t been back in the past year although they’re constantly looking over at it, apparently to see if it’s on.

Our next problem was with squirrels in our backyard. We live in Brooklyn, NY and have about a 20′ x 20′ backyardthat has for years been savaged by squirrels. Last year I humanely trapped seven squirrels for relocation before I finally gave up. This spring we bought another one of these units for the backyard and although they still dance along the chain link fence separating the yards they’ve yet to actually enter our yard to dig it up. For us this thing is a technological marvel and so far has a 100% success rate with annoying critters.
